-Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration
– Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including maintaining and updating employee records, files, and databases.
– Prepare and manage HR documentation, such as employee contracts, offer letters, and employee handbooks.
– Ensure all HR administrative processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Employee Records and Database Management
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
– Ensure confidentiality and security of employee data.
– Generate HR reports as required by management.
Policy Implementation and Compliance
– Assist in the development, communication, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
– Ensure that all employees are aware of and adhere to HR policies and procedures.
Employee Relations
– Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, policies, and procedures.
– Address employee concerns in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive work environment.
HR Projects
– Assist in project planning and coordination.
– Conduct research and gather information for projects (e.g., best practices, employee feedback, or trends).
– Assist in managing the change process.
– Help prepare and manage the project budget and track expenses.
-Qualifications
– Proven experience in an HR role preferred.
– Knowledge of HR principles and policies.
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge of the MS Office suite and HR software.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and discretion with confidential information.
