-Job Description:
* Motivate, train, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
* Oversee all store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and safe environment
* Develop and implement merchandising strategies to create a visually appealing shopping experience
* Analyze sales data, identify trends, and forecast future sales
* Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
* Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
* Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
* Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
Minimum Competencies Required:
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software (a plus)
