*Experience: 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Fitter or relevant position in manufacturing or relevant Industry
-Responsibilities:
• Ensuring safe condition of the plant assets and people.
• Provides support to operations in running machines at maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Address downtime issues promptly and effectively.
• Leads root cause analysis for operating problems including the identification of contributing causes for non-operating events and work to eliminate the root cause for continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot problems by utilizing standardized problem solving techniques, verifying that proper investigative actions are completed so that root causes may be quickly identified.
• Help Maintenance manager to maintain mechanical spares as needed to ensure that equipment is available when required.
• Help Maintenance manager for implementation of TPM.
• Ensure the implementation of Preventive maintenance.
• Ensuring 24*7 availability of utilities Equipment’s with optimum efficiency
• Skill development of new technicians by providing on the job skill training.
• Ensuring optimum use of energy including accounting, wastage, and elimination and reporting.
• Ensuring all operating parameters (power, Fuel, water, Break down data) of utility/ Equipment’s within AOP.
• Process and Packaging equipment should be maintained to delivered 95% to 105% volume & Packaging compliance.
• No LTI due to Engineering equipment and its control.
• All mechanical safety observation to be closed within a week.
