Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily chicken production and quality control activities
2. Supervise production workers and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards
3. Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products
4. Maintain daily production reports and manage stock accuracy
5. Support continuous improvement and drive efficiency on the production floor
