Experience: At least 4 years of experience as a BTL Marketing/Branding Supervisor in MNC or any relevant industry.

-Job Descriptions:

* Plan and execute impactful BTL (Below The Line) campaigns that align with brand

strategy

* Manage end-to-end field activations and ensure flawless execution

* Organize high-engagement consumer events and experiential marketing activities

* Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for campaign rollout

* Collaborate with Sales and other internal teams for integrated marketing efforts

* Track performance metrics, analyze KPIs, and report results to leadership

* Ensure budget control and effective resource utilization Requirements:

* Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in multinational companies

or global FMCG brands

Skills:

* Strong campaign execution and field management skills

* Excellent vendor negotiation and stakeholder coordination abilities

* Solid grasp of BTL marketing channels

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint

* Analytical mindset with performance tracking capabilities.
