*Education: At least bachelor complete

*Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience as a MIS Executive.

-Job Description:

* Manage and maintain the organization’s Management Information System (MIS) to ensure smooth data operations.

* Monitor, manage, and maintain the Sales Software to ensure accurate sales data tracking and reporting.

* Oversee data entry in the system to ensure correct and complete recording of sales transactions.

* Generate sales performance reports, including territory-wise, product-wise, and sales team-wise analytics.

* Collect, organize, and validate data from various departments for accuracy and reliability.

* Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance and operational reports.

* Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business decisions.

* Maintain and update MIS tools and systems regularly to ensure optimal performance.

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MIS software and reporting systems.

* Collaborate with other departments to understand their data requirements and provide support.

* Train staff on using MIS tools and data management processes as needed.

* Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance with organizational policies.

* Stay updated with the latest tools and techniques in data analysis and reporting.

-Qualifications and Skills:

* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).

* Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

* Familiarity with SQL and database management systems.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
