Job Description:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution
o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals for the assigned region.
o Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the diagnostic/pathology lab segment.
o Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to align sales efforts.
2. Team Management
o Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance.
o Set and monitor sales targets for team members, providing guidance and support.
o Conduct regular performance reviews and offer actionable feedback.
3. Client Relationship Management
o Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and diagnostic labs.
o Address client needs promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
o Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
4. Business Development
o Identify potential clients and establish partnerships to expand the client base.
o Promote the company’s diagnostic solutions, tests, and services effectively.
o Collaborate with marketing teams to create tailored campaigns and promotions.
5. Reporting and Analysis
o Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
o Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
o Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
