*Education: At least bachelor complete

*Experience: At least 3 years of experience as an ASM/Sr.SO in healthcare/ Diagnostic/Pathology lab/ Pharma Industry.

Job Description:
1. Sales Management
o Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed the area’s revenue goals.
o Drive the promotion and sale of pathology lab services and diagnostic solutions.
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare and diagnostics sector.
2. Team Supervision
o Manage and guide the on-ground sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
o Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
o Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective measures when needed.
3. Market Development
o Build strong relationships with key clients, including hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
o Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competition, and potential opportunities.
o Represent the company in local trade events and customer meetings to promote services.
4. Operational Excellence
o Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales data and forecasts to the Regional Sales Manager.
o Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
o Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing strategies, and regulatory requirements.
5. Customer Relationship Management
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients within the area, addressing their needs and concerns.
o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support.
• Skills:
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
o Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
o Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• Other:
o Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
o Knowledge of pathology lab tests and diagnostic services.
